Elite Construct was formed in November 2014. We are proudly South Australian owned and operated.

Elite Construct directors Aaron Butler and Evan Clarke are passionate about all things SA. They commenced their apprenticeships in 2004 and 2006 respectively, both with a specialist joinery manufacturing and installation company. They then worked together at the same company until 2014, when they left to found Elite Construct.

Over the years, Aaron and Evan gained valuable experience as cabinet makers, commercial shop fitters, supervisors and apprentice trainers.

Carolyn Murdoch from iBusiness Support supports Elite Construct as Finance and Administration Manager. She specialises in working with small businesses, providing administation and management policy services. Carolyn has over 25 years experience in the management of all types of businesses.

Ian Gilles has mentored Elite Construct from the beginning. Ian has worked nationally and internationally as a business leadership coach for 20+ years. He has experience in strategic human resources consulting, business coaching, whole systems change and strategic and business planning for small businesses.
